CEDARS Data Warehouse (CDW) Overview
This two hour webinar will provide an introduction to the state's longitudinal data store: the CEDARS Data Warehouse (CDW). Participants will understand the purpose of the CDW and how the warehouse is connected to other NC DPI systems. Attendees will become acquainted with the process for registering for an account, the types of accounts available and who would approves the account. Additional items of information in this webinar include locating user guides, determining who has been identified as a CDW Trainer, understanding the support process for questions, locating the CDW load schedule and a brief overview of the CDW Data Dictionary. Questions submitted via the Go To Webinar tool that cannot be answered during the event will be incorporated into an ongoing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document posted to the CEDARS website.
